Suzie has a diverse range of experience in all facets of People and Culture within Mining, Government, Aged Care and Road Construction. With a Masters in HR Management, a Bachelor of Psychological Science and over a decades experience across such a broad range of industries, she brings knowledge, empathy and understanding to the diverse and complex challenges that arise within the workplace. She strives tirelessly for best practice and HR compliance to ensure organisations are empowered to build the strong foundations required for growth potential. Suzie thrives best when working at the coalface to increase engagement and decrease workplace dissatisfaction through an energised and leader led approach.
Suzie is genuinely enthusiastic about developing confident leaders and creating customised strategies and HR foundations that enable organisations to achieve and sustain best HR practice approaches. Suzie is known for her vibrant personality, relentless pursuit of excellence and authenticity.
Previous experiences have given Suzie invaluable exposure to a broad range of both generalist and complex issues across the People and Culture continuum. This exposure has seen her managing both state and national jurisdictions not only in a HR capacity but also in a deeply engrained Training and Compliance role within the Heavy Vehicle and Transport Industry. Suzie has a deeply inquisitive mind about people and culture and will work with you to provide you and your employees with the support they require during all stages of the employment life cycle.
